By accessing and using the THEATRE HOTEL d.o.o. website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Definitions

  • "Hotel" refers to THEATRE HOTEL d.o.o., located at Matošića ul., 21000 Split, Croatia
  • "Guest" refers to any person making a booking or staying at the Hotel
  • "Booking" refers to a reservation for accommodation at the Hotel
  • "Services" refers to all services provided by the Hotel

3. Booking and Reservations

3.1 Making a Reservation

All bookings are subject to availability. A booking is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation email from us. We reserve the right to refuse any booking at our discretion.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during the booking process is accurate and complete. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Full name of all guests
  • Contact information (email, phone)
  • Payment details
  • Special requests or requirements

3.3 Minimum Age Requirement

Guests must be at least 18 years old to make a booking. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Visa credit and debit cards
  • Mastercard credit and debit cards

4.2 Payment Processing

Payment is required at the time of booking. All payments are processed securely through our encrypted payment system. Payment information is not stored on our servers.

4.3 Currency

All prices are quoted in Euros (EUR) unless otherwise stated. Exchange rates may vary.

4.4 Pricing

Prices are subject to change without notice. The price applicable to your booking is the price displayed at the time of booking confirmation.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

5.1 Standard Cancellation Policy

  • More than 7 days before check-in: Full refund minus 10% administrative fee
  • 3-7 days before check-in: 50% refund
  • Less than 3 days before check-in: No refund
  • No-show: No refund, full charge applied

5.2 Special Rate Cancellations

Bookings made under special promotional rates may have different cancellation policies. These will be clearly stated at the time of booking.

5.4 Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.

6. Check-in and Check-out

6.1 Check-in Time

Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM. Early check-in may be available upon request and subject to availability.

6.2 Check-out Time

Standard check-out time is 11:00 AM. Late check-out may be available upon request and may incur additional charges.

6.3 Identification

Valid government-issued photo identification (passport, ID card) is required for all guests at check-in.

7. Guest Conduct and Responsibilities

7.1 Behavior

Guests are expected to behave responsibly and respectfully. We reserve the right to ask guests to leave without refund if they:

  • Cause disturbance to other guests
  • Damage hotel property
  • Engage in illegal activities
  • Violate hotel policies

7.2 Smoking Policy

THEATRE HOTEL d.o.o. is a non-smoking property. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas. Violation of this policy may result in cleaning fees of up to €250.

7.3 Pets

Pets are not permitted unless explicitly authorized in advance. Service animals are welcome with appropriate documentation.

7.4 Property Damage

Guests are responsible for any damage caused to hotel property during their stay. Repair or replacement costs will be charged to the guest's payment method.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 Personal Belongings

The Hotel is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to guests' personal belongings. We recommend using in-room safes for valuables.

8.2 Force Majeure

The Hotel shall not be liable for failure to perform its obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters
  • War or civil unrest
  • Government actions
  • Pandemics or health emergencies
  • Utility failures

8.3 Third-Party Services

The Hotel may arrange third-party services (tours, transportation, etc.) as a convenience. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of third-party providers.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which can be found at theatrehoteldoo.com/privacy. We process personal data in accordance with GDPR and Croatian data protection laws.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of THEATRE HOTEL d.o.o. and protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Split, Croatia.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and THEATRE HOTEL d.o.o. regarding the use of our services.
